When you submit a placement request, we may collect your name, business or property name, phone number, email address, location address, property details, vending needs, preferred contact method, notes, page URL, referrer, browser user-agent string, and submission time.

How it is used

This information is used to review vending placement requests, contact the person who submitted the request, plan potential machine service, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Storage and access

Placement requests are stored in the World's Best Vending Firebase project. Public website visitors are not permitted to read, edit, or delete submitted requests through the website. Access should be limited to authorized business operators and service providers needed to operate the website.

Sharing

We do not sell placement-request information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or with authorities when required by law.

Retention and requests
